Tax-Exempt Status Notice
Tax-Exempt Status
Nowlings, Inc. has applied for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our application is currently pending with the IRS. Our EIN is 39-4175696.
Important Note for Donors: While our 501(c)(3) application is pending, donations may not be tax-deductible. However, if our application is approved, the IRS may grant retroactive tax-exempt status to our date of incorporation.
